Daniels & Tredennick | Houston Trial Lawyers
Our Firm History
In January 2011, Daniels & Tredennick, originally Thompson & Tredennick, began as a law firm in Houston, Texas. In September 2015, Douglas Daniels joined and the firm changed its name to Daniels & Tredennick. Our lawyers have over 50 years of combined experience practicing law. We come from a variety of backgrounds having been involved in public service, education, large law firms, and boutique personal injury firms. In four years, we have grown to six attorneys: two partners, three associates, and one of-counsel. Our breadth of experience includes personal injury litigation, commercial disputes, pharmaceutical and medical device litigation, and automobile accident and insurance disputes.
Our Promise to You
As your Houston trial lawyers, we promise to work tirelessly to find the best legal options for you and to see that those options yield the results you deserve. Each client is important to us, and we pay equal attention to all of our cases. In becoming our client, we will work to truly understand your needs and advocate zealously on your behalf.
At Daniels & Tredennick, we make it our goal to listen to your needs and work efficiently to accomplish your objectives. We have experience in a range of legal situations and want to help you resolve your dispute and receive any compensation you deserve with the least inconvenience to your life.
Business Disputes and Commercial Litigation
When your company is involved in a business dispute, we understand that it can divert your time, attention, and resources away from your core focus. At Daniels & Tredennick, we work to resolve your dispute as quickly and thoroughly as possible so you can focus on the things that truly matter in running your business.
Personal Injury/Brain and Spine Injury Litigation
We strive to create an environment where you can focus on recovering physically while we service the legal side of your case. In personal injury cases, we practice a “No Win, No Pay” policy, meaning we only take payment when you collect. If we are unsuccessful in helping you recover any payment, you are not responsible for attorney’s fees or expenses.
