Over the last year, DT has more than doubled to 20 lawyers. Most recently, Andrea Levin Kim, a litigation partner, and Thomas Moss, a litigation associate joined the firm. Andrea has an MBA and is certified fraud examiner previously with Diamond McCarthy. She maintains a national practice specializing in corporate internal investigations, complex financial fraud, and fiduciary litigation. Thomas, also from Diamond McCarthy, is a CPA and is well-versed in tax and complex financial transactions. Given DT’s established practice areas in director and officer liability, financial accounting, and audit liability, the move provides strategic bench strength for DT.
Andrea said in addition to serving her existing private equity, trustee, and business clients, DT’s collective decades of experience in evergy, construction, and intellectual property, provides great opportunity for her to expand her practice at very economic rates.
Ted Tredennick, one of the firm’s founding partners, says the synergies between DT’s established practice areas and the national financial investigation and litigation practice Andrea and Thomas bring, make an “unbeatable team” for navigating complex financial problems for clients.
To accommodate the growth, DT is moving to new offices in October 2019.
