Biography

Courtney Hawkins focuses her practice on the trial and appeal of complex commercial matters.

She earned a B.A., with distinction, from the Louisiana Scholars’ College at Northwestern State University and a M.A. in English from Baylor University. She graduated, with highest honors, from the University of Texas School of Law, where she was an Articles Editor for the Texas Law Review, a member of the Order of the Coif, and the Clerk of Chancellors (third in her class after two years). Prior to joining Daniels & Tredennick, LLP, she clerked for the Honorable Lee H. Rosenthal of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas and practiced with King & Spalding, LLP and Pierce & O’Neill, LLP.
