Elliott Deese



Elliot Deese is an associate at Daniels and Tredennick. Since joining the firm as a law clerk in 2019, Elliott has worked on a variety of litigation matters, including patent infringement, construction litigation, and franchise disputes.

Elliot is a native of Longview, Texas, but earned his bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Kentucky. Upon graduation, Elliott served as a congressional intern for two members of the U.S. House of Representatives in Washington, D.C.

In 2018, Elliott returned to Texas to continue his education at South Texas College of Law — Houston, where he was a member of its renowned Advocacy Program. As an advocate, Elliott competed in three national moot court tournaments and was inducted into the National Order of Scribes. Elliott also gained valuable experience as an intern to U.S. District Court Judge Marcia Crone of the Eastern District of Texas.

In his free time, Elliott enjoys traveling, tennis, golf, and all things Kentucky basketball.
