Elyse Elsenbrook joined Daniels and Tredennick as an associate in 2021. Elyse has experience assisting on various matters including bankruptcy proceedings, securities law, and business immigration issues.
Elyse graduated Cum Laude from Texas Christian University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance and a minor in political science. Prior to law school, she worked in Houston at Duff & Phelps in the Disputes and Investigation division focusing on damages valuations in intellectual property litigation.
She attended Boston University School of Law Center, where she was a member of the Review of Banking and Financial Law and joined and served as an executive board member for various student organizations. In addition to graduating with a Juris Doctorate degree, Elyse obtained her LL.M. in banking and financial law. During her time in Boston, she interned with the Securities Exchange Commission, Enforcement Division in the Boston office. Elyse also had the privilege of serving as a judicial intern for the Honorable Judge Frances H. Stacy.
Outside of the office, Elyse enjoys attending concerts and hearing live music, spending time with her family, friends, and dog, attending trivia nights, and finding new shows movies, or documentaries to watch.
