Jost Lunstroth



Jost Lunstroth works to achieve favorable outcomes for both plaintiffs and defendants in complex commercial litigation in federal and state courts. His practice focuses on commercial and fiduciary litigation, professional liability, and a wide range of business lawsuits, including assessing claims against directors, corporate officers, and other fiduciaries. He has experience in all stages of litigation, including fact gathering, motion practice, mediation, and trial.

Prior to joining Daniels & Tredennick, Jost defended retailers and other businesses in breach of contract, premises liability product liability, and employment lawsuits as well as hospitals and physicians in medical malpractice and professional board matters. He also previously worked on transactions in the energy and banking sectors with a top law firm in Bogota, Colombia. During law school, Jost worked for eight months with international organizations in Geneva, Switzerland. He is fluent in Spanish and has worked in legal matters in both English and Spanish.
