Biography

Kyle Wittenbraker has authored numerous Title Opinions setting forth the ownership of minerals and associated property rights in many Texas counties. One of his clients, Perdido Properties, LLC is in the business of finding mineral and royalty owners that the oil companies have “lost” track of. He utilizes his title background and the assistance of skilled landmen to locate these parties. Prior to attending South Texas College of Law, Kyle was an infantryman in the United States Marine Corps. He deployed to Iraq three times in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and served in the famed First Battalion, Seventh Marines, “Suicide Charley”. Kyle is a Fort Worth native, a third generation Horned Frog and was raised in Houston. Kyle is dedicated to ensuring that mineral and royalty ownership is credited correctly and that mineral and royalty owners are paid what they are rightfully owed.
