Biography
Rachel is a litigation associate with an emphasis in labor and employment litigation. She has experience in wage and hour cases, noncompete enforcement, retaliation, and discrimination matters.
Rachel graduated cum laude from the University of Houston Law Center in 2018. She obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of Texas, receiving her Bachelors Degree in International Relations and Global Studies.
Rachel joins Daniels & Tredennick from Reed Smith LLP, where she worked as an Associate in their nationality-acclaimed L&E group. While there, Rachel was on a trial team which secured a jury verdict in favor of a client in a high-profile sexual harassment lawsuit.
