Biography

Sarah represents clients in all aspects of intellectual property litigation. She handles cases involving complex technologies in various industries such as the oil and gas, wireless, medical device, and automobile industries. While she focuses on patent litigation, Sarah also has extensive experience trademark and trade secret cases.  Sarah also represents clients in inter partes review proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board of the United States Patent Office. In addition to her trial-related work, Sarah also advises clients on intellectual property-related licensing and other strategic issues. Prior to going to law school, Sarah worked as an engineer in the natural gas industry.
