Kelsey Smith focuses her practice on commercial and business litigation at the trial and appellate levels, representing both corporate and individual clients in federal, state, and arbitration proceedings. She is skilled in developing and analyzing complex legal arguments. Kelsey has experience in consumer protection, oil and gas, construction, partnership, and contract disputes.
Kelsey graduated magna cum laude from South Texas College of Law where she received many academic awards. While in law school, she clerked for the First Court of Appeals of Texas where she further developed her legal analysis and writing.
Kelsey is dedicated to translating her clients’ stories into effective arguments. Her strategic thinking and strong writing often allows Kelsey to efficiently resolve cases before trial.
