Biography

Neeley G. Stewart brings over a decade of experience to her practice at Daniels & Tredennick.  She has litigated numerous complex civil litigation cases covering a broad range including, but not limited to, products liability, personal injury, and medical malpractice. This includes experience in all stages of the trial process, including negotiations and mediation. 

Neeley has represented hundreds of business owners to resolve complex tax disputes with the Internal Revenue Service.  She defended businesses that underwent federal and/or state audits with a focus on specialized tax credits and deductions.

During law school, Neeley received multiple honors and accolades for her contributions to the advocacy team, including National Champion and Best Speaker at the Hon. John R. Brown Admiralty Moot Court Competition.  As a trial lawyer, she employs these advocacy skills to zealously represent her clients in and out of the courtroom and through all phases of litigation.
