Biography

Prior to attending South Texas College of Law, Tim was an aircraft mechanic in the United States Air Force. After his service, Tim graduated from Wichita State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting and gained audit experience with a Houston based CPA firm. He utilizes his accounting experience to resolve complex financial litigation matters.

Tim graduated summa cum laude from South Texas College of Law in 2022. During law school he competed in moot court tournaments and was a member of the journal of international economic law. Outside of the office, Tim enjoys playing basketball, running, and traveling.

Tim focuses his practice on commercial litigation and has successfully represented plaintiffs and defendants in complex matters involving securities, oil and gas, and real estate.
