Firm partner Laura Herring serves on the Houston Bar Association’s Gender Fairness Committee (GFC), which recently co-presented the 12th Annual Speed Mentoring Event alongside the Houston Young Lawyers Association (HYLA).
This impactful program brought together 1st–6th year women attorneys for meaningful connection and candid conversation. Through small-group mentoring sessions, participants discussed career advancement, self-advocacy, business development, and other issues shaping today’s legal profession.
Laura was honored to serve as a mentor, sharing insights from her experience, while Sarah Beck, an associate at our firm, participated as a mentee, gaining practical tools and perspective to continue growing her practice.
