Heath Novosad is a trial lawyer with more than 20 years’ experience representing corporate and individual clients across the country. Heath has extensive experience successfully resolving large complex litigation involving numerous parties, extensive discovery, and substantial monetary value.

After graduating from The University of Texas with a B.B.A. and J.D., Heath joined a large law firm in Houston, eventually being elected partner, where he developed a geographically and substantively diverse practice. Heath has experience litigating matters in Texas, New York, New Jersey, Florida, Illinois, California and elsewhere, representing individuals and corporate clients in a variety of industries including technology companies, oil and gas companies, banks, insurance companies, mining companies, chemical trading companies, and others. Heath has litigated cases involving insurance coverage, contract disputes, indemnity clauses, copyright infringement, patent infringement, fraudulent transfers, collection matters, personal injury, attorney fee disputes, business torts, mass torts, bankruptcy related litigation and more.

Representation of more than 500 individual plaintiffs in a pharmaceutical litigation involving substantial birth defects, where Heath earned a court-appointed leadership role.
