For more than ten years, Rebecca Muff Randolph has successfully represented plaintiffs and defendants in complex litigation in state and federal courts across the nation, including at the trial and appellate levels. Her practice is focused on complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on director and officer liability, auditor and accounting malfeasance, and fiduciary litigation. Rebecca has represented clients in an array of business litigation matters, including actions for breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duties, construction defect and delay claims, bad faith, and fraud. Additionally, Rebecca has represented bankruptcy trustees in matters relating to fiduciary litigation and fraudulent transfer and preference claims.
Rebecca utilizes her accounting background to resolve sophisticated financial matters at all phases of litigation and arbitration. She has significant experience in internal corporate investigations, overseeing litigation and contractor compliance matters, and investigation of complex financial transactions to assess potential claims against fiduciaries and other third parties.

Successfully obtained early $2.3 million settlement from private equity firm in connection with on behalf of plan administrator of reorganized debtor in Chapter 11 adversary proceeding.
Recovered hundreds of thousands of dollars for bankruptcy estate in connection with fraudulent transfer and preference actions on behalf of Chapter 7 Trustee, including several settlements over $100,000.
Defended agricultural financing company in connection with wrongful termination claims brought by former cofounder-employee, involving complex phantom stock and incentive unit and ownership benefits issues.
Pursued litigation against directors and officers of steel manufacturing and commercial galvanizing company, leading to favorable settlement for investor clients.
Investigated and pursued litigation against real estate consultants, investment advisors, attorneys, auditors, and other fiduciaries to determine causes of hundreds of millions of dollars in real estate investment losses for a large public pension system client.
Successfully pursued litigation against auditors and fiduciaries in multiple lawsuits arising from embezzlement scheme perpetrated by investment fund managers.
